if you are looking to get complete jack deezl y0! than you could just use bodybuild formula.. it's got like 2000 calories a serving a boatload of fats and carbs... lift your ------ *** off youll become big real fast... in bodybuild competitions they test for steroids... so you don't need them to get huge they just help make it faster

Basically, im 190 6'0, i wanna get up to the 215-220 range but not be a ------- ogre, i wanna tone down my gut with some visual abage, and beef up the upper body, i also wanna lose some weight in my upper portion of my legs because when i sweat my ------- hair rubs up against eachother and ------- irritates the hell out of it cus i got a lotta fat on my legs

no, not to get big. when i was bulking up, i would go to the gym 3-4 days a week, and only work one muscle group once a week (i.e. chest once a week, back once a week, etc.). also, try to pair your muscle groups on the same day as other muscle groups that are being used as secondaries (i.e. do back and shoulder on the same day b/c when you do back, your shoulders are secondaries. chest and tri's, etc.). eat a ---- load of protein, follow these simple steps at the gym, don't do much cardio by itself, and max out lifting, don't go for reps.

when i was bulkin up, i didn't do any cardio, maybe once a week. just have a good stretch session before you lift (stretching is actually cardio) and maybe do a few push ups and/or sit ups to get your heart rate up and blood moving. but if you do cardio, you're actually suppose to do it after you lift, b/c you're taking energy away from you're body if you do it before.

1-ad is a prohormone that the senate passed a ban on, and the ban either already went into effect or will in the next couple of days so good luck with that. being that 1-ad is a pro-hormone there for it is converted into testosterone by your body. It is a mild prohormone but, it still could have some o the milder side effects of steroids. like loss of lidio, shrinking nuts, low test' levels after you're off. Whatever you do just eat lots of protein I like ON's 100% whey, It's cheap, tastes good and is pretty good quality.
