Re: ps3 specs
GHZ's are like PSI. you can run 3.2 but i guarentee thoes boards suck. so the bandwidth isint going to be all that great so having the processing speed of 9 gb's isint going to matter because its going to be limited by hte frontside bus and a few other factors. i dont see what the hells the point of buying thoes systems anymore. there just computers my computer > ps3. if they throw the nforce3 chipset in there a gforce 6800gt pci express card have a 1meg l2 chache sata 7.1 surround sound. and are atleast running on amd then they can come back and talk. O0

Re: ps3 specs

If you can work on cars you can put together a computer. That PS3 is fast now but in a few months there will be desktop systems that mop the floor with it. Dual CPU boards, SLI w/ 2 PCI Express vid cards, seperate physics processor cards are gonna blow console systems out of the water. The development cycle for consoles is too slow. |
Re: ps3 specs
as long as you can play Grand Turismo, Special Ed will be happy

Re: ps3 specs
that's bullshit;
how many people do you know that have a $3000-$5000 (or more) 7.1 surround sound setup anyway??? i'm the only person I know who has 6.1... IMO 5.1 is here to stay, and if your system can produce 7.1 or 27.1 or whatever retarded number, it still doesn't matter. that Nintendo looks BAD ASS. |
Re: ps3 specs
the nintendo one does look badass. it might actually save the company now
