A proxy server is a server that retrieves information and relays it back to the user. Its like a man in the middle.

www.megaproxy.com Basically if you are being watched all the information you recieve will look as if it is being send from the proxy. In reality this information is just being relayed to the proxy from the host.

Kind of odd, but your last post was in the hotrex ban thread, which leads me to beleive you were the dipshit that made 60 accounts to vote ban on him. I think I just did a IP ban on that user.
