Does anyone here know what a proxy server is and what exactly it does? Also is it free?

A proxy server is a server that retrieves information and relays it back to the user. Its like a man in the middle.

Thats the easiest definition of a proxy server i can give ya. :) Anything else and I fear you would just say "what???"

but thats the jist of it.

www.megaproxy.com Basically if you are being watched all the information you recieve will look as if it is being send from the proxy. In reality this information is just being relayed to the proxy from the host.

Kind of odd, but your last post was in the hotrex ban thread, which leads me to beleive you were the dipshit that made 60 accounts to vote ban on him. I think I just did a IP ban on that user.

lol no my friend shawn is the fag that gots the prob with josh not me, i talk to hotrex often....the reason it comes up as the same ip is cus he lives 3 houses down and pays me 20 bucks a month to run wireless internet from my house to his....thats why it comes up as the same ip.
