nice scott you fell into the 240 hole to aswell......why dont you just do the rb20det all you need to do is swap sub-frames and everything will all come together...i mean its not like a 25 but it has the sound and just as much potential to do good.......if you want a set of apolo suspension just pm me.

the ka makes a shitload of tourque and horsepower , i have seen many dyno graphs showing ka's make peak power at redline and almost all with a sufficient setups do. the reason they do not take the rpms to 9k is because of a long stroke which equalls a lot of rotating mass. most envolved ka enthusiests take the de to 7500rpm making as ive seen 600+whp and around 500wtq. the only reason to not take the ka24e to higher than 6500 is due to weaker valvetrain, i take mine to 6500 and its still pulling. if you want to make a statement like that do research first because its not fun getting corrected . ps: check out ka-t.org for dyno resuls , track videos and other bullshit if you are curious.
i didn't say KA's dont have potential. when built, proper management n such forth lots of power can be had. but a stock rb or sr can handle up to 500 without doin rods or pistons. he already knows he aint going KA his mind is set. wether u think its a waste or not. its his project. i studied ka-t.org for months. then my piece of ---- ka blew the ---- up while it was still NA so why would i boost one =x
Not a bad buy for $900. Reminds me that I need to get my *** going on my project.
