its a command line arguement. the way to briong it down ingame is with the tilde(sp?) key. a command prompt falls down, and you just type in what you want.

yeah, you type DEMOREC nameofthedemo in consol on unreal. and DEMOPLAY nameofthedemo to play it. Counterstrike is record <nameofthedemo>, and playdemo <nameofdemo> to play the demo.
