Procrastination leeds to detonation......
Well im the worlds biggest procrastinator.... I just realized the other day that i have never changed my fuel filter ever. ive had the car for 3 years and that peice of ---- has been on it since...
The reason i mention this is because the other day the car was detonating a bit and my A/F gauge kept reading lean the and then it stoppped reading altogether ... i checked the ground and sender signal and its fine... SO i decided to change the plugs cause they were burnt to hell and it started reading a bit... Still lean. but reading nonetheless... then i remembered the fuel filter. SO i bought a new one.... and it was idling better.... and it felt a bit better on the top end... and then finally i jumped the ecu, and it was throwing a heater sensor code... stupid lousy no good O2 sensor... was all fucked up, so i bought a new one and guess what... everything runs great.... but the O2 sensor only reads at WOT?? is this normal as apposed to it reading at partial throttle and idle..... by the way its one of those BOSCH universal shitamajigz
Oh yeah so the moral of the story is change the ---- that recomended to change when its recomended to do so... to avoid headaches and ----....
The cars running great now.... and i hit 14psi and it felt great.... scared me for a secong... then felt great all over again...

how much was your o2 sensor? I've been putting off getting one for a while because I'm afraid I'm going to go in there and they're going to tell me some bullshit 3 digit price like 169 or something that there's no way I'm going to pay.
