I've used the high temp silver with no problems so far. It looks good, just don't clean the engine with degreaser!!!! :D I thought I had silver dirt on my motor when I was rinsing, but otherwise looks good.

I don't think this stuff is gonna flake off, you can stick in an oven at 650 deg. f for 60 minutes and it holds... kinda smelly, but its okay. I'll have pics of the completed engine w/ tranny when we get it hoisted tommorow.

If you prime the block then painte it and bake it the pain should be fine and if you powercoat it it should be even better. If you know what the hell you are doing it wont flake and if you mask off everything properly it should be fine. |

I'm using high temp silver paint on my valve cover and it looks good and doesn't flake.
Have it on for 2 month's now It can withstand 650 degrees celcius |
