get a friend to **** in a bag, refrigerate, then before the test get a cup of hot water from a donut shop, throw the **** bag in there, drive to test site, put **** in your drawers. (wear briefs) and bring a fat *** leather needle. then poke hole in bag and put in cup.

Smoked Krip for 4 days before a labcorp test and pissed clean.
Water,exercise,water,nician,water.
stop taking nician 2 days before the test.
if they ask you about your nician levels say you weight train and is helps you build muscle.
thats bullshit by the way but it works trust me.
**** right before you go and wait until you have to **** again before you take the test.
**** in the toilet first and the cup second.
I was a Fatty back then 245 6'1"
