Depends on how much/often you smoke. It can take anywhere from a day or 2 to a month if you're a total stoner.

it also depends on your metabolism as well, go buy some propel gatorade water it has niasin in it(I'm sure I spelled it wrong) that should help clean it out of your system

dilute, dilute, dilute. drink a couple gallons of water, until your piss is CLEAR. some places say dilution can be a fail, but in my experience (my sister works for a piss test place that does department of transportation), it's very very rare for a diluted test to get failed.

most places are using mass spectrometry (molecular analysis) to find out what's in your ----. your body can have a shitload of water. having a shitload of niacin is a ------- giveaway, and it doesn't mask ---- in the spectrometer.

like it's been said, it depends how often you smoke and your metabolism. If you're a fatass, it might take a while since THC is fat soluble. But if you're skinny, it won't stay in your system as long.
Best things I can recommend

Niacin (don't get the "no flush" niacin, you want the flush. Take at least double the recommended daily amount.
Cranberry Juice/water and LOTS of it.
Do some cardio to metabolise it and pass it out of your system.

my friend goes to rehab and still does some drugs not what he originally got in troulbe for, coke. but i piss everyonce in awhile when he doesnt think hes clean, and he freezes it and uses it when he goes in. hes got a contraption he rubber bands to his leg, and heats it up and has some hand warmers to keep the ---- warm. pretty funny, ive seen basically the same thing sold online. but hes passed a few already doing that.

I thought exercise right before the test was bad because since THC is stored in fat it would be released during exercise. If it were me i would keep it all natural. Drink plenty of water and maybe to Cranberry Juice. Taking any system flush would make me nervous about it showing up on the test.

Drinking lots of water and niacin are not things I've heard consistent reports on, especially since the alcohol (edit, been drinking) THC sits in your fat and water isn't going to help flush it out.

Best, safest, 100% foolproof way is to go to a local headshop and buy synthetic urine. I always keep a bottle on hand and have passed numerous tests with it. Comes with temperature strip on it and a heating pad.

If you needed the job you shouldn't have smoked. Go to GNC and get some ---- Called Omni. its like a 2 oz. bottle and like 5 or 6 pills. Do it like 7 or 8 hours before hand and do your self a favor and start drinking so you can pee like a good 3 or 4 times before. its got a ---- ton of vitamins in it or something cause you pee anti-freeze the first like 3 times. worked like a champ though.

I drugscreen my pre-hires on a weekly basis. I used to screen them suring our safety class, but then they caught on and would know they would have to take a whiz quiz.

Now I just screen them right before I put them to work.

Telling you, just get the synthetic urine. In a lot of cases it's cheaper than the system flush and it's guaranteed to work. I've heard people saying the flush worked for them, and heard people that said it didn't (reliable sources, family and friends who've tried it themselves).
