is this just a sitting around garage project? since you have most of the stuff fit together but not actualy done, like the tack welds on the charge pipes and the 2 bolts holding the exaust manifold on, no harness, etc. looks good. go finish that bitch up 8)

i just finished mocking the piping and came in to eat some food

all the stuff is there except the headstuds which are somewhere in posesion of the USPS.

You missed the valve cover and head, they are from an a6 and are there for mockup and to protect the engine.

please dont tell me that downpipe is gonna be welded straight to the exhuast housing of the turbo

going to be? it is

i snapped all the studs off. I'm going to order a new housing, and when i cut the DP off the old housing it will be about 3/8" shorter. My flange is 3/8" thick.

step 1 of a cooling panel. the stock piece was really close to the manifold, so i decided to do that panel. and now i'm going to build a shroud to direct air through the radiator.
