Actually really good. Its not slippery at all and we didn't even put the anti-slip stuff down. Even when soap and water is on the floor its not slippery. Just really squeaky.

Take a guess. I'm kinda interested in what people think about how much it would cost to build this, as in hiring contractors and ----. The place is fully insulated and climate controlled. We even have a little storage place in the attic, so we really did get the good stuff to put in it Here's more pics:

Here's where a bathroom will eventually go:

We were debating on what to do with the 8 inches of exposed block between the floor and the drywall. We were going to paint it but instead we put in tile:

So whats the guess on price?

You're fucken spoiled. I didn't see the bathroom at first, but that was one of my add ons, along with a ceiling mounted engine hoist. Other than that, it's perfect.

To have a contractor build it, I'd say in the 55k range. For you to build it, I'd say 17k.

A little off topic, but your the GT guru..

there was a guy with a mustang gt just like yours and he cut in front of me then started spraying / burning what smelled like coolant out of his exhaust. When he pulled over he said it was his serpentine belt snapped and he lost power steering. He showed me his missing belt, but still that ---- smelled like coolant. So I figured be blew a head gasket. Is this common on those GTs? Did more go wrong than just his belt?

All the little stuff adds up. Heating, the epoxy floor, lights, and brick isnt cheap.

Id say it cost you just under $30k. To have it built would have been somewhere around $55k.
