Pics of the new crib.
Well, in October I'll be moving to Lakeville Minnesota. The wife is based out there (Northwest Airlines) and commuting just doesn't cut it anymore. The cost of houses, quality of schools etc vs. Ca. just calls for it.
So this weekend I went out to Minnesota and bought a townhouse. 2 bedroom, a loft, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage ;D and a fucken lake 100 yards from the house. Yes its gonna be different, but the quality of life when you have a family definately makes decisions for you. Here's some pics: Our house isn't really built yet, but this one with the truck in the drive is what it will look like before the grass and all. http://www.nw1320.com/stealth/955798353105_0_ALB.jpg This is the side door off the side of the house leading to the kitchen. http://www.nw1320.com/stealth/435798353105_0_ALB.jpg In from the garage at the lower bathroom and kitchen http://www.nw1320.com/stealth/717988353105_0_ALB.jpg The kitchen http://www.nw1320.com/stealth/947988353105_0_ALB.jpg Top of the stairs. Re:Pics of the new crib.
Hasnt been down since its been up last.. :-P
i fixed all that not staying up bullshit.. and i just payed for my domain for 5 years.. so i hope i dont have that problem again. |
Re:Pics of the new crib.
The pics are from the model home, so the furniture and all that won't be mine. The house was 180K. If that same place was here in Ca. in the ghetto, you'd be looking at 300 at least. That's why I won't be staying.
It will definately be different, but I think the pro's outweigh the cons for sure. I'm just excited to finally have a garage. There's no way I'm uploading all those pics and then copy and paisting them. Especially with the 200 pop ups per minute with my new spyware something. Porn ownz me. ;D |
Re:Pics of the new crib.
Congrat's on the new home. ;D

Re:Pics of the new crib.
Nice house man. Congrats! =) I know who to contact now if I need some parahnas for my fish tank... hhaha ;)
|
Re:Pics of the new crib.
damn dude, my parents house is a ------- iraqi dirt, cardboard, and spent RPG house compared to that one and its worth way over 200k
must be cheap over there! |
Re:Pics of the new crib.
180 yikes! You can get that same thing in texas for prolly 100-120
|
Re:Pics of the new crib.
Yeah, I didn't think we'd be able to find this much for that price. the complex of about 60 houses is surrounded by the lake on one side, and the rest is pretty much like forrest that's labeled "sacred whatever the ---- you do you can't tear it down", so I think the neighbors will finally appreciate my Brad Paisley cd's if you know what I mean. ;)
What's this parahna ---- all about? ??? I know Ca. has sharks (way out off the beach), FL. has allegators, and ---- like that, but I don't know what the ---- MN has. |
Re:Pics of the new crib.
get ready for snow :-*

Re:Pics of the new crib.
What no thanks for fixing the pictures?

Re:Pics of the new crib.
Oh, did you fix them? They always showed up on my computer, so I wasn't aware of the problem. I thought you guys were just clicking on the link.
Thanks Jeff. Kyle's gonna bring you a gift now. ;) |

Re:Pics of the new crib.
oohhhhh aahhhhh damn thats a nice place your gonna be gettin there Stevie. anyways good luck....
what no pictures of the lake |
Re:Pics of the new crib.
nice place man. 180K, its so crazy how much different houses can cost across the country. Your right Steve, that home in cali would probably run 300K, but where Im from, in Indiana, probably at most 100K. Very nice place though! Congrats!!!! I cant wait till I can buy my own place and stop renting!
|
Re:Pics of the new crib.
I couldn't get any pics of the lake because the real estate agents camera only had 14 pictures.
Now that the So. Cal crew is all put together, I think I'm gonna work on setting up Minnesota as the next turbo hot spot. Together we can revolutionize the HMT scene, one state at a time. :D Jeff, does that mean you'll be offering Princess for the show? Didn't think so. :P |
Re:Pics of the new crib.
I'm ------- jealous... we have a house but i'd LOVE a townhouse instead because of less outside maintenance... my only condition is that it has to have a garage. Which YOURS DOES you bastard ;)
|
Re:Pics of the new crib.
Nice house.Make sure you by a snow blower. That is a must, even if the driveway is small.Trust me on this, you don't want to shovel 3 feet of snow.I'm in the next state over(wisconsin).Good luck with it.

Re:Pics of the new crib.
Congrats Steve.Ive been trying to convince my wife to move somewhere else too.We could take the equaty from our house and by one in another state cash.It would be nice to have no more mortgage payments and just have a mediocre job with no stress.

Re:Pics of the new crib.
Remember, beer bottles will float in the lake. Must fill them with water first, then chuck them in the middle and they will sink.
