Uh, instrumentation is always directed toward the driver. ???

I guess you're not used to being able to turn around in a seat and dig through the backseat. I hate cars I can't move around in. :-\

Well, they don't really have much of a back seat, but actually it didn't bother me. That was then though (10 years ago) and I am not as flexable as I used to be and comfort is a little more important now.
