yeah, they do, i actually ordered for the 95 on accident and had to return it for the 00. and yes, the hood scoop was an option also. they also throw in matching caliper paint and a the nos, jdm, and V-TECH stickers........

I like how its see-through! You can see everyhting on the ground right through the kit! Is that one of those new Lexan Carbon Fiber kits from APC? Those are the shizzle. Now all you need is the chrome spinner hubcaps and you're ready to go! ;D

Yeah but did you order the sticker that goes inside your gas cap cover that says "unleaded fuel only" in Jap?....if not then youll never be JDM!!I ordered the sunvisor sticker that warns me not to sit to close to the steering wheel in japanese.Im gonna be JDM :P

I'm Hella JDM!! I only put JDM gas in my car!! I have it imported in 5 gallon buckets for only $775 a bucket! What a deal!! There's nothing like real JDM exhaust fumes in the morning. Well, I only run my car for 15 seconds a day, thats all the gas I can afford, but its the sweetest 15 secs of my day. ;D ::)

Man I gotta be honest. I know others want to say what I will... you car is ugly man. ---- man I hate it when people jack up their cars! ---- man if you are gonna fix it up, fix it up right! Where the ---- is the wing!? Huh!? Dammit I got a 20 foot wing in my garage I got from a fighter jet. I had it on my civic, but then the jet wing was too fast, so I put a ferarri F40 wing, slower than with the jet wing but the F40 wing it still huals ass. If you need a hook-up on some wings lemme know, I also got mad sheet metal so we could custom fab some too. Don't have a welder but school glue holds pretty nice. So yeah when you put a ------ shopping cart wing on you will have my respect. :P
