yeah, they do, i actually ordered for the 95 on accident and had to return it for the 00. and yes, the hood scoop was an option also. they also throw in matching caliper paint and a the nos, jdm, and V-TECH stickers........

I like how its see-through! You can see everyhting on the ground right through the kit! Is that one of those new Lexan Carbon Fiber kits from APC? Those are the shizzle. Now all you need is the chrome spinner hubcaps and you're ready to go!

Yeah but did you order the sticker that goes inside your gas cap cover that says "unleaded fuel only" in Jap?....if not then youll never be JDM!!I ordered the sunvisor sticker that warns me not to sit to close to the steering wheel in japanese.Im gonna be JDM :P
