In brief. I've always been a supporter of Hondata, and still am. Not that im not a supporter of DYI. I don't how the law is down their, but here in texas,if you lose or default judgement,you do not have to pay.They can do nothing.
All they did to me when i got sued and refused to pay,they put it on my credit report. I have been sued twice for over ten thousands dollars. Now my credit sucks but i still won. |

yeah im in texas and being sued right now for a wreck i had 2 1/2 years ago. if she wins im just not going to pay. file bankruptcy to get rid of my credit card debt and start over. and i think hondata is just being ---- over a few people downloading his ----. i hope dave wins, if i can figure how to do it without paypal or somethin ill send him some money too. i wanna be able to ued freeware in the future.

I filed bankruptcy in 1991, less than a month later two of the places I filed on offered me credit again.
I filled chapter 7, which once discarded you cannot refile UNLESS it is under debt reorganization. I'll be filing again in about 6 months, once child support is over. Making 15k a year, over 100K in old debt due to loosing my house. Thank You HUD for ------- that up! |

According to Dave, he was hard to get a hold of for a while but on page 8 mentions "John has given his full support. I am very grateful to him. Thanks to one and all!" So I'm guessing John donated. How much he donated versus how much he's made from Crome Pro will never be known. I just wanted to make it clear that when you purchase Crome, you are giving John Cui $150. That money isn't going to pgmfi because you purchased Crome. If John later wants to donate, that is at his own discretion. I've found the programmers on pgmfi that are actually coming out with these software programs to generally be less than generous to those that help them. |
