hey all

i'd like to hear everyone's engine sounds if they have a mic or something, or recordings of it or somethin.

i made this shitty recording with a 15 year old computer microphone, so it has a TON of static , but you can hear the engine in the background if you turn the volume up pretty high. i'm going to borrow someone's nice microphone or possibly webcam and take some sounds.

btw this was recorded with the mic sitting in the engine compartment, this isn't the exhaust noise, its all intake noise. you can hear the lifters a lot when it idles too.

LOL. I can tell there's some power, but the static is just too much!! I can't hear jack.

We need to get some video's and such as well. I love to watch the speedometer of different cars while gunning it. Once the turbo is back in my rex, I plan to take some 'fun' video's of the speedomemter, and some racing on the street as well.

yeah that microphone is older than some of the people here lol.

i'll get a good one, but just a reminder, that was intake noise not exhaust...
