I think thats what I'll do. I really don't see how it can affect your credit since you never give them your social.

Pay this man and have him video it and we will use it as the "Don't ---- with HMT members through Paypal" video

I talked to the guy and he said he will ship the head back to me. So atleast I get it back. Will probably check it for any damage or missing parts and sell it on here ( I remember someone wanting it one here)

Re: PayPal trying to dick me over

Here is the response email I just got from Paypal. Apparently he did a chargeback on his credit card. So they did't even give me a chance to respond. They just fork the bill over to Paypal who tells me to bend over.

We have disputed the chargeback on your behalf and must allow the
buyer's credit card company 75 days to reply to our dispute. If the
dispute is resolved in your favor, we will promptly lift the hold on
your funds and notify you by email.

When you receive a payment through PayPal, unless you follow the steps
necessary to qualify for our Seller Protection Policy, you are not
protected against a subsequent reversal of the transaction.

In the event that the sender's transaction is reversed for any reason,
and you do not qualify for the Seller Protection Policy for that
transaction, you must reimburse PayPal for the amount of the reversed
transaction, plus any fees imposed on PayPal as a result of the
reversal.

PayPal sellers are not automatically protected against transaction
reversals, such as chargebacks. If a transaction is reversed for any
reason the seller must reimburse PayPal for the amount of the reversed
transaction, plus any associated fees incurred by PayPal. PayPal may use
funds from any currency balance to recover amounts owed to PayPal for
chargebacks or for any other reason. (A chargeback, or reversal, occurs
when a buyer rejects or reverses a charge on his or her credit card.)
Pending ACH withdrawals may be canceled on the account. Furthermore, any
payments received for an account with a negative balance will be applied
toward the negative balance regardless of a member's Payment Receiving
Preferences. The above does not apply for negative balances that may
result from a pending reversal, such as in a case where PayPal has yet
to conclude an investigation of a complaint or situation

Theres 2 other people in that same thread who said you scammed them and still havent paid up

Straighten your own ---- out before you start calling other scammers
