Ok so everytime i try to go to gmail i get the "The page cannot be displayed" title. The same page you get if you type something into the search bar and you are not connected to the internet. I tried typing in gmail under google and using that link. but nothing, all variations EX: www.google.gmail.com fail to work also, however other pages work fine (google, ebay, HMT obviously...). Then i was using ebay, tried to go to "my ebay" and the same ----, ebay worked fine, but "my ebay" did not. The I went to the UW webpage it worked until i tried to login. I have heard of this problem with gmail before, anyone know how to fix it? It seems to be related to pages that require me to login. I used my laptop and all sites worked fine, just my home PC has this problem. I tried the hijack this method, and I ran Ad-Aware. Please someone help me!!!

 

what are your explorer security settings?

Tools>>>Internet Options>>>Security
