That would be a nice addition to the IHOP menu. Orange Chicken breakfast skillet! Nobody believes how healthy that ---- is in the morning. Incredible! Thanks, and keep up the good work!

Pretty simple. Cast iron pan/lots of coals red hot. Fry the chicken.


Take chicken off drain some of the oil


Push coals to one side for indirect heat


Add chicken back to cast pan/add oc sauce. Let it smoke until the coals burnout.


nice smokey taste and cheap chinnese food flavor.

I'm searching for a cast iron pan with rows (like a grill) for a long time. This is so good when you want to do steaks or OC!!! Like a BBQ.

Btw, do you know that the word BBQ come from a french expression "De la BarBe à la Queue" that means "From the the beard to the tail" (for pig cooking). Anyway, that's just a little expression to add to your uncultured ***. :P
