Opinions on what I should do?
 

I'll keep it short and sweet cliffnotes style. Bought some stuff off a member ill leave unnamed for now last wednesday, figured it'd be out by friday or so but they did not ship out the stuff and said it'd be out by monday. Since monday I've found them to be online quite a few times and even made a new topic in G
D... and I've pm'd them multiple times regarding if they sent it out, for a tracking number etc to no avail :-\ I opened up a paypal "dispute" just a bit ago and was wondering if I should escelate this to a claim or not...

i had that happen to me a couple months ago with a member here also that didnt reply to pm's or emails.. i did the same thing you did and just opened a claim and emailed him that if i didnt have it or it wasnt shipped out by such and such date i would move it to a claim and get my money back... usually when they get a paypal notice they get it sent right out because nobody wants there money taken away

I just finished a dispute on pp he wont be able to do anything until he resolves the dispute and it can only be done through pp once u open 1 up all corospondance goes through them

I tried to email the person I was dealing with and pp intercepted it through my email at work and said you cant do that so if he wants to buy or sell through them it wont happen till resolved

He doesn't seem like a bad guy at all, I just want to know whats up and not be left in the dark .Thanks for the info hatrack!

Yeah I dealt with a few guys on here a couple years ago. They seemed all nice and stuff, until I didn't recieve what i bought..lol I had to file a paypal claim.. once they can't use their paypal they get freaked out and they are basically your bitch then. Did the guy have any sources or history of dealing with people??

He had tons of vouches, although the last vouch on the list said he didnt get everything :l

I've got a couple people messaging me and said they'll contact him so we shall see :6

:) pay pals good because it leaves a paper trail,

once i brought something off ebay and paid and he claimed he didnt recieve it, i went to my bank and got the paper trail for the money, scanned it and emailed it to him, sent the item right out.. the best scammers seem like they are nice, otherwise how could they scam you??? hope you get what your after mate
