Opinions wanted on these pics.
As some may know, my engine started burning oil, and (based on the plug color, PCV blowby, and sound) I figured I broke some ringlands on #3 due to some pretty heavy detontaion I got into awhile back. No water in oil, so the HG seamed fine.
So, last night I took my head off, and find that the head gastket is OK, as are the rings. The cylinder walls look great, no scaring. Then I flip the head over and this is what I find:
Seems as though the #3 exhaust valve is the one leaking.
What do you guys think? And what kind of machine work in needed when replacing this valve?
Thanks in adavance, Im making every effort to get this done by Sat.

Notice how one of the exhaust valves is a different color; Im guessing its from the differnt temps its seeing due to it getting a diff. amount of seat time than the others. That and because of all the oil thats getting by it.

they look alright to me but. stick a spark plug in it. then pour some gas into the chamber... and see if it leaks out. if it does just get a valve grind. they're like 60 bucks around here... but usually they will hit you up for a head resurface because the head is aluminum and they warp easy.
