lets just face it, the search on this forum is the shittiest I've ever seen on any board ever... expect darksol.com.

The forum holds alot of good post which the search sometimes will not pull out.

I think some one is a little comfused.

A teo4h cames off of eather a Chrysler La Baron or a Caravan. Its a DSM compressor with garrett center section. Its got that weird ------- flange on it.

Its a bout the size of an IHI rhb5.Hell It might even be smaller.

Re:Opinions on the TEO4H?

i had that turbo on my setup. I had an adapter plate machined but i could have made it myself. One bolt must go thru the haf manifold adapter and turbo. The rest just run studs. Yeah it was an alright turbo, i had to rebuild mine but it was easy to rebuild once you got the jiant snap ring off. IHIrhb5 turbos are nearly imposible to rebuild, i know ive tried. When i first had my turbosetup going the wastegate was weak so it would leak off the exhust till high rpm when it had to boost. It would kick in hard around 5.5k and pull way hard till redline. Later i riged up a carb spring for a wastegate and it worked ok. Well after i put the spring on the clutch would just slip and the car got wrecked soon there after and havent boosted a honda since then. I still have the whole kit downstairs if you have any more questions. I was prolly boosting about 8psi intercooled and it felt strong.

OH if you are using a HF manifold forget about a/c or at least i had to on my d16a1.

Im going the all-motor route now. Maybe one day i will return to the darkside.

Sorry for being so dumb but what exactly is a hf manifold? How is it different from a regular manifold?

Tuning Art: Where did u get the piping for it?

Re:Opinions on the TEO4H?

Havent bought an intercooler yet. Any reccomendations?

Im planning on leaving the boost at 8 psi. I want to run the turbo on stock internals. A may even have to lower the boost to 6-7 psi so there is no damage done. Can I safely run it at 8 psi? What other goodies will I need? Can I use a FMU or should I got with the AFC hack at 8 PSI? Will I need cloder plugs and larger injectors?
