Clean motor, have some fun with it, I remember when I was d-series, it was a lot of fun knowing if I blew something it would be cheap.....now with the big b I allways have the thought in the back of my mind $$$

Machine shop setup all my clearances (I dont have a good micrometer or bore gauge set), I just assembled it. I did plastgauge the bearings, though I don't remember what they were, i know they were within spec.
As for cost, all OEM parts, everything rubber is replaced with brand new honda packed stuff. I should take off ~ $150 though, I forgot the 2nd set of bearings was on the machine shop bill too. I bought bearings before taking it in. They recomended grinding, so then I had to buy set 2.
Same thing happened with the pistons, had vitara's, they had to bore it, so i bought *Nippon racing* they sent me stock bore, and they were press fit pin, so then i bought SRP's.
