ill prob be called a fag for saying this....but if that frail guy didnt touch that other kid...he had no reason to get jacked...i mean yeah teasing...and taunting is one thing...but ruining someones life...specially a person that has all those sicknesses is kinda fucked up...
under my point of view...
frail guy is a dick...and yeah dicks are dicks...
the punch out kid is just a kid...dunno if hes old enough to be charged with anything...but if he is...god help him

Frail guy threatened punching guy's wife and kids. Granted the guy doing the punching should have taken out a warrant, I cant say that I wouldnt have done the same thing in his shoes.

They are both over the age of 23.

punching dude should be let off with an award, not probation. yea, frail dude was frail...he shouldn't have been talking so much ---- if he could not back it up...which he obviously couldn't since he almost died.
