One punch, guy's face falls apart.
 

Ever heard of this? It happened to a local kid who's a big mouth runner, currently residing in the local hospital. He is tall (6'5" or something), skinny, has a heart condition nobody previously knew about, and is apparently super frail which nobody knew about.

Anyway, the frail guy rolls up wrong place wrong time where the other guy he'd been harrassing was. The guy being harrassed (think 5'8", 160 lbs) turns around and sees the frail guy, says,"I owe you an assbeating," and sticks his fist in the frail guy's face with no wind up or anything. Knocked out 4-5 whole teeth (parametics only found ~2), broke his nose, fractured the skull to the top of the forehead. Frail guy falls down, fractures his skull in two places upon impact, goes into convulsions, bleeding from the ears. When he comes to he's completely out of it and has no idea what's going on (the descriptions I was given reminded me of a normal day being widebody93), kept freaking out so badly they had to induce a coma to keep him from aggrivating his brain swelling + hemorrhaging. He's awake today and going to live, but fuuuuuck.

Everyone who was there was physically sickened by it, apparently the frail guy had a fist sized hole in his face. Sad thing is the guy who hit him is going to get fucked by the legal system far harder than a fist in the face merits. Some of the frail guy's friends showed up and were telling the police that frail guy had problems taunting people and they weren't surprised someone finally got around to hitting him, even *after* they saw their friend, so that kind of trickled through the system and old boy was let go after 45 minutes with a $10K unsecured bond.... but he's still going to get worked.

Its pretty crazy when you see some sick ---- like that. I have been in a situation where the guy was on the floor feet from me in a puddle of blood and I could smell it. Smelled salty like the ocean.

sometimes i wish it was the late 1800's, where people didn't sue, honesty was the watchword by which life was lived, and you could shoot someone for cheating on a card game or stealing a horse. people didn't run their mouth because there was always a group of good men that would cash the check you wrote with your yapper.

I vote B. Sometimes someones deserves a thrashing, but when the guy lasts a last breath and finally just lays in their own blood, hopefully you have a little compassion at that point. I was just a witness to that btw. I only smash on people like that on the internet.

Also massive dosages of oc, will make you hit really hard like that so you need to edit the oc post and put a caution on that please. Last thing I need is for someone to punch a hole in my face after a oc binge.

There is another side of the story that may or may not be true. The frail guy is a ---- talker, but one of his close friends is also a ---- talker and has access to his forum passwords and such. Frail guys other friends tried to beat other ---- talkers ass when he came up to the hospital, blaming him for the incident.

Moral of the story is they are all full of fail.

Frail guy deserved his ass kicked, but not that bad. I feel sorry for him too, JD didnt tell you that Frail guy's dad had died just 3 days earlier, and had just found out that day.

JD, when the cops showed up, guy who did the punching was trying to help frail guy and the cops almost took down Hambone because he was standing in the corner smoking a cig. looking suspicious so I guess they thought he hit frail guy lol.

frail guy deserved it. And the puncher just needs to explain that he was be threaten and taunted and he might get off easy. Just needs to prove that it was provoked by claiming he was defending himself.

I disagree with this statement. If the hit causes as much damage as it did, it doesn't matter if it was a "no wind up" hit, that is completely irrelevant. If you're gonna punch someone without knowing their medical history in advance, as almost nobody does, you're completely liable. Most people can just take a hit better than this guy, but that doesn't make it any less of a crime, "just a hit" that he should be slapped on the wrists for.

I'm sure the guy didn't realize that fags face was gonna cave in when he hit him. I mean, you say the guy was 5'8" and 160pds? He might be a strong lil fucker but he's not some big, swoll crazy huge type guy either(from what I'm gathering). I hate ---- talkers that are ALWAYS talking ----, and I love it when their mouth running blows up in their face. The assholes learned a lesson, THE HARD WAY. I wish the law and all the crybaby queers in the world would leave it at that. The police shouldn't have been called, but if they HAD TO BE called for the paramedics or whatever, then at least lil holyfield should've been given a chance to scram. And everybody's saying "well, he shouldn't have hit the guy, or he should've ignored him or talked ---- back." I feel respect for the slugger, because at least he didn't pull a gun, knife, ballbat, or slip on some brass knuckles. Like I said, he didn't know he was throwin' the HAYMAKER OF DEATH!! :X :X :X

If he had fled the scene it would have been worse for him. There were ppl there that would have ratted him out regardless.

I had to give a statement and if I had lied on it my past record would have been an issue. I would be sitting in jail.

I think the same way, CSpec, right up to the point where frail got more than a bloody nose or a black eye. Frail is a ---- talker, but he's also a fairly bright guy who can learn a lesson and grow as a person. As things stand he probably won't die but he might be fucked up for life, and that is sad.

maybe it's the six percocet talking, but i kinda agree. i've been a hothead in the past and it's gotten me into more trouble than it's gotten me out of. i'm sure soda popinski feels bad for ruining dude's dental work. the ghetto side of me wants to say captain sensitive deserved what he got, but upon further review, the call was overturned.


still don't think punching someone once should be a felony, unless you're ex military/martial artist/etc.

Was the ---- talker a meth head? Only time i have heard of skulls caving in so easily is when a sketchy meth head ---- gets beat up. And no the guy didn't deserve to get fucked up that bad but he deserved a shot to the face and thats what happened not great but not like the guy was trying to ---- him up badly just put him in his place. ---- happens and buddy learned a tuff lesson.

The punch knocked him and most of his teeth out, but it was the fall that fractured his skull in 3 places and is the reason he has brain swelling and an induced coma right now.

His brother told me this morning that he woke up and was responding to commands so thats a good sign.
