Yeah I'm running 50psi out of a stock hx35. It is a semi common practice. I will just have to send the wife away on another long weekend trip, to get the twins on. I think I will build a custom exhaust mani, and run a 60mm external gate. Ultimately I would like to machine off the cast intake, and build a tubular intake mani for it too, but for now, an electric lift pump, some sticks, and that gt4294 should put me into the 500whp range. To get there I will have about $6000 into it including the truck. :8

Swapping a 2000 TDI motor and tranny into it. Some 7hole race injectors, custom chip tune, and probably twins for it too, as i seem to collect turbos :S Right now I just need to get the motor and tranny in and get it on the road, so the wife will leave me alone. :-[

Yup, need to go bigger and better though, that and the TDI gets better fuel millage on the highway and is more drivable then the idi.

When I get the GT4294 on mine, I will make as much or more HP then the ISX.... :6
However I still would really love a dohc 5.9 cummins. :y |
