yeah we jacked up the front of the car as high as we could (little higher than knee high). put a jack under the motor and pulled the mounts and let her down

no, my buddy Issic (he has a 89 CRX Si/B16) helped me do it, he convinced me that we could easily do the swap from the bottom and we didnt need a hoist (easiler with a hoist btw)...

every engine ive ever pulled has been with the forklift. if you didnt care too much about the engine your could probly just chain it up and unbolt the engine mounts and yank
