Thats why the brand is rebuild after you pass the structual inspection. back in the day youre right people used to do things like chop a car and weld another half on without measuring or anything, people would get killed because of poor workmanship, so now we have inspections and the car has to be within spec of .3mm, it varies from state to state country to country. some parts of europe there is still no government agency controlling what goes on. but i think that STI will make an awesome car for someone one day.

the person who wrecked it should be shot. im guessing it was a kid under 2o and was showing it off to his friends. its a brand new car.
heh, well its still ok cus you could take the moter and put it in an old ass subaru and make a sick sleeper out of it.

that's funny.. when i dropped my crx off at my uncles shop for work he had two chevy malibu's. 1 front end totalled, 1 rear end totalled, both completely stripped. He said the dealership was paying him to make 1 good car from it. then they resell it.

bullshit i have put together accords in worse shape that than, its called a half cut its jsut finding a rear end that is in good shape is the challange.

My bother-in-law buys cars like that and then rebuilds them to sell. That's how my 21 year old sister is driving a 2002 Linclon LS. It need a whole passenger side. The welded in a full b-piller, door sills and roof line. He does 2001-present Ford diesels all the time. The only problem for the sti rebuild would be finding that rear quartar unless and reqular wrx fits.

i wonder if someone died when that thing crashed. that whole in the windshield is making me thnk the passenger went straight through it.
