as i picked up my gf from her house today, she hops in the rex and says"i got an awesome cd" so i was like "ok pop it in". well like 2 seconds later i hear eminems voice. so i start to flip out and i take the cd out and tell her to never play it again...well being the smart person she is, she tells me "there will be no sex if eminem isnt played" help me, im stuck...should i jsut let her play it and get an mp3 player?

You know i never like to put anyone down, This might actually be my first time, But seriously, You wasted 2 minutes of my posting time which i could have been giving some useful advice with that stupid question. Eminem is who he is, if you dont like his music, listen to it for your girls sake man, if you care about her at all that is, there are sacrifices involved when you love someone. Ya know, Eminem has made so much ------- money it doesn't matter what anybody thinks. When that guy goes to shows and TV spots all you see is crowds of peopel trying to catch a glimpse of him and young girls crying and screaming. The guy has some ------- power. He must have something special to be able to make people cry just by seeing him. Plus, I think the 100's of millions of dollars in his bank account proves a little something. Anything he touches is gold. Look at 50 cent. Where the ---- was he before Eminem got ahold of him? I never heard of his ass. All of the sudden Eminem and Dre started making deals with him and he became famous. Now that Eminem is out of the picture 50cent/G-Unit it losing sales. Look at those guys in concert or live. They suck. They really do. The only reason they made it is because of Eminem and Dre.

YOu can hate the guy all you want, but I think he's a smart mother fucker. HE already knows most everybody hates him, especially fags, but he still sells records like thye were crack. If he came out with another alnum it would hit #1 instantly and he would pocket another couple million and laugh about it.

I don't disagree. Every time he pisses off people by saying something stupid, he sells more records because it draws attention. The man is a genious, but that doesn't mean that I have to approve of what he sings about. You can say that he is a genious for what he sings about, but really it just shows you the tearing of the fabric of all morality left in this country.

I have heard Eminem's lyrics and all he does is whine and complain like a little bitch. All he does is try to breed hate in your mind - thats all that ALL hip hop does. As far as I'm concerned the only reason anyone listens to it is because it empowers you mentally. There is nothing about the lyrics that make it "great" or deeply profound, if you want profound lyrics look at Rage Against the Machine, or Maynard (TOOL/Perfect Circle) or Skinny Puppy. Eminem is in the words of another band, "You wont hear no crying ass bitching from me. Like what seems to be on everyone elses CD."

Ah but you see I don't want money. It is not my essential drive in life. Perhaps because I am not a complete materialist (I know weird in that I enjoy cars). But I live life more or less for the experience, then for the ideals of wealth and what comes from money.

I mean, if to obtain a billion dollars you had to go back on all your morals and do something terrible - is it worth it? Some people will say 'yay' others 'nay'. I would be in the nay side.
