Is that 1 1/2 OD and 1 1/4 ID? Thats what I am getting I think.... just wnat to make sure thats what you have too. What turbo are you using?

how do you figure? obviously welding creates enough heat to melt the metals you are welding, and everybody on here doesn't seem to have a problem with their manifolds melting off of their engines.

Actually I have a sand blaster, thanks for the offer. I know the welds are strong b/c I turned the heat up on that 220 welder and just soaked that weld in the crack a really long time ;D just to make sure....then I hit it with a hammer a few times. :)
