Oh man, am I ever irked now.. *RANT*
----!
I just finally got together enough money to do my setup, I'd wanted to get either a tyrus or cca intercooler because I've had good experiences with them on two of the cars that I've helped build.
I was really leaning towards the tyrus because I like how it mounts & the fitment is nearly perfect, plus it's a few bucks cheaper (which translates in to a few more bucks cheaper when you do the currency conversion)
Now, this is all well and good until I go to the 'buy it now' feature, since tyrus only sells via ebay, and it directs me to the big disclaimer and all the BS, I read through it and one of the first things he says is "CAN NOT SHIP TO CANADA"... WTF! I know a couple people around here that have got them shipped to canada before, why not now that I'm ready for mine!?
So, that's all well and good, ---- tyrus I guess I'll just pay the couple extra dollars and use cca's fancy web shopping cart and pay with my mastercard. Cool, I can kill 2 birds with one stone! CCA carries Turbos & Center Sections as well as intercoolers!! I'll buy a turbo and an intercooler and have it shipped for hopefully cheaper than getting the two individually (------- brokerage fees and ----). No dice, the website is only set up for the Center Sections, no complete turbos
man, this really isn't my day.
oh yeah, I also very nearly broke my middle finger on my right hand today at work, it's sprained really badly and bruised and swollen like a ----------er. it hurts!!
ugh.
CN: I've had a shitty day.

oh and just so you know. You can avoid brokerage fees by using
1. United States Postal Service for the carrier
2. Get the shipper to check off the GIFT box
worked for me for the last 5 shipments, no fee's.

Whats even worse is both Tyrus and CCA want to charge out the *** for shipping to Canada. I mean honestly, how hard is it to just send it USPS? Doesnt cost them any extra and it doesnt take much time to write "Intercooler, $250" and put a check mark in the damn gift box. Neither company was willing to budge on their shipping habits so I chose not to buy from either until they do.
I HATE companies that rape canadians on shipping just so they can make an extra buck. Thats MY rant.
