Don't go leaner than 11:1, while you have a big bore watercooled engine those things are wierd.
Try to smooth your Timing Advance (Maximum) table out some, you'll notice some wierd spikes in it for acceptable max timing. You might also want to tweak your Base Timing table a little, too. For the higher load values start with ~8 degrees for both Base and Advance tables (this will be more or less stock, except you don't have quite so much timing in the upper rpms). At this point you do one of two things: drive normally on the new ignition tables for a day or so making sure that you have full advance from the Advance table (a bunch of knock counts will prevent the full advance from that table) OR you can lightly brake boost across a bunch of different rpms in order to cause any knock that's going to happen to come out sooner. If everything looks good, add a degree or so to each map and retest.
Hey, since I gave you some good advice, post those photoshops up before you hit the road? If you destroy the engine waiting for the towtruck will eat into your photoshopping time. :P
