had some ribs last night. i don't have a proper bbq, but use a smoker box on my grill and like to use a dry rub on my ribs. i love ribs and crown. i'm doing a big bbq this weekend... i'll post up more then.

damn now thats some ribs, mice always get all ------ dry

 

even though I have a nice charcoal grill I usually do my ribs in the oven with some spicey jamaican jerk seasoning, the dry type, and when I do it on the grill I use the wet mainade, perfect taste.
