in the military we use a special USPS system while overseas. Bacially you can mail me something through this with my special addy on it for the same cost it would cost to ship anything throughout the states. If you were to just ship me something, it would cost an arm and a leg. through the military AP-FPO system, its at a much discounted rate, and I cant use it for gain. its hard to explain over the internet, go look it up and read about it.

a 10lb package to LA is gonna run you about $200 from what i understood of the lady.

im sure there are more ways around it, i just gotta talk to some people
