The ZEX kit adds the extra fuel. Plus the ZEX only sprays at WOT. Unless you ghetto rig it with a switch to spray whenever, but then you lose the "fool-proofness" of using the ZEX. Thats why I went with ZEX, its the safest kit out there in my opinion.

Is that really that safe though? Let's say you are at a dead stop and you hammer it. The Zex sprays nitrous and your motor is only at 900 rpm. I don't know a whole lot about nitrous, but that just doesn't seem safe to me.

I always sprayed from a dead stop. Think about it, when you hammer the throttle, the injectors are at max cycle right? So therefore, you are getting all of the fuel possible, correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah, but there would be very little air and then you would throw in a bunch of liquid nitrous? I dunno? That sounds crazy to me. I think I'll stay away from nitrous for a while. I almost bought one of those Zex kits when they first came out. I talked myself out of it because it scared me. Nitrous scares me, but I run 10-11 psi on my stock internals daily.

Yeah, I like the juice but now I want boost, thats why I traded my ZEX kit to ghettoturbo for a turbo and a manifold and a couple other things. I hope the turbo gets here tomorrow. Eventually I'll get another ZEX kit or maybe pony up the dough for the Venom VCN-2000. Thats the real deal kit.
