I understand you stated you are a noob etc etc, and I am not trying to be a d!ck.

What about your clutch? Your stock clutch will slip/burn out if you're boosting. Do you have an exhaust manifold for the turbo? Downpipe? What about tuning stuff? There's a bunch of other stuff, too.
BTW, your bay seems like it'll look nice once completed.

Looks like a good start but you got some work to do. Welcome to the community. An upgraded clutch isin't a bad idea. Any turbocharging to a stock built car would bring more strain from the engine all the way to the wheels. How much boost are you thinking of applying? 5lbs? 20? Important thing to think about before spending lots of money.
Researching now will save you time and money down the road.

Good luck with your project!

If you have any questions post them on the board for help.

you better pull the engine and finish the bay when you paint it. it'd be way clean with good paint.

jdmoneluv 06-08-2009 12:14 AM

yeah i will be pulling the engine once my head is complete:)so i can put it all together and yes finish my bay. i already have a few parts right now i have a ram horn manifold a custom 2.5 inch down pipe. i actually picked up a stage 3 bullydog 6 puck carbon kevlar clutch with a 10.7 pound act flywheel. i also have 8.9:1 weisco pistons with stock ls shop peaned rods srp block gaurd acl rod mains ect. bearings copper head gasket still searching good head studs she will be a fun little car hopfully i can get one run with her all done before the winter.

the car it self is going storm trooper flat white with black trim mirrors the hood trunk roof will be carbon fiber
