What do you guys think of the nissan maxima?? like the 94 body style?? How reliable are these cars?? Also what do you guys think is a beeter choise of a tranny for reliablity?? std or auto Thanks ray

i ment better, not beeter. And i dont want a maxima for performance, just a daily driver.

They are good cars get a V6 auto for a daily driver and I'm sure you will be happy with it.The 89-94 Maxima had a 160hp V6 and 95 they changed to the new body style and a 190hp V6.Id go 95+.

go 95+ , like mine :P
pretty speedy below 100mph for what it is
but prepare to get 20ish mpg with GRANDMA driving(oh and mostly highway too, look for 17 to 18 ish on street driving), and get 10 to 15ish mpg when u floor it a lot The gas needle will move down EVERY SINGAL TIME you drive it.
