okay my car is down since my boost controller went to ass and my registration is up on the 31st and it will basically take a miracle to renew it. :(, but it depends on the turnout i might steal my chics car again.

SATURDAYS are my only real free day. Friday afternoons work too. I'd like to go and maybe continue tuning my car (since we had to stop due to a bent wheel last time). Even if that doesn't work, I'd definitely like to hang out and see how everyone's cars are doing.

EDIT - can I invite a select # of people to come as well or is this HMT people only?

We need to pick a day and just do it, i no longer will be able to dyno my car anytime soon because i fell waaaaay behind on my project and still a few pieces short. But I'd still like to get something together and meet the NW Crew!

I agree, does that day still work for everyone? Or does the majority need more time? If it does work maybe we can get a estimate from random hero, oh and Tatakai... Brian trift, (isnt that the kid that just totaled his porsche) isnt my brother? my brother's Ryan, he drives the black hb Si just to clarify :y

A little more time would be cool, like more towards the end of the month. Ethier way, I'll put it on the dyno n/a just for the hell of it. There's a possiblity I could be boosted by the end of this month, like I said ethier way, hopfully we can do this again.

ohhhh ----. ya know he's going around sayin his car is gonna be the fastest with his turbo? i assume he's keepin it d-series.. his car only weighs 200lbs less than me without drivers, and D vs B motor alone, my B ----'s on him ;)

EF Si ~ 2200lbs : 100hp to the fly, no vtec
EG Si ~ 2400 w/ B series and no AC : currently at 220hp to the wheels, lots of vtak

what's his setup gonna be?

Yeah he tends to talk some ---- here and there, but i dont think hes ever serious about it. I think hes planning on selling everything including the car, he changed his mind, he decided he was goin to save up for a better platform car to work on, something a little newer. Still planning on getting your setup on this weekend? When are you gonna give me a ride in that boosted B with mad jdm vtak yo?

the cams are gonna get replaced with stockers, but the head's gettin replaced with some beefier.. me likely rpms :S

just got my manifold stuff from weir today (ahead of schedule!!) so things are definately looking good this weekend. all im waiting for is my CCA intercooler that i kinda ordered almost a month ago...... that's supposed to arrive on thursday. i'll give you a ride if this rain lets up for a ------ day. shiet. im worried i wont have any dry road to tune on lol

:S well im wondering if its still gonna be on for nrxt weekend for the dyno session.I got some good new for all you boost junkies,The 500 Caddy engine is in the 64 ford truck an wow it looks awesome with the dual quad manifold. But gonna run the eldebrock dual plane manifold first an dyno it to get a base figure of that setup an then we will add the twin turbo setup.

Rest in piece the 11.1 350 which is now getting replaced with a 9.1 377 sbc with forged internals an head an main studs. Under the gun to get these 2 up an running for next weekend in kent.Looking for an update on if this is gonna happen. If not im not gonna pull the late nighters to get her done by next weekend. The Weekend after would work better. Due to that the trans that I had built is having an issue with the yoke sliding in.They dinged the bushing when they insatalled it so i cant get an accurate measurement for the drive shaft to be shortened.

:o Well igonna have at least one rig there im almost positive.Got the stuff from the machine shopjust now need to get the balance shop work done an assemble it an get it in the turbo truck. The caddy will be up an running this weekend.Im sure theres gonna be some bugs because its been in moth balls for 4 years.Sure Dave i plan on doing a marysville dyno but i wanna get some base figures on the caddy engine before we twin turbo the beast.I feel i need to get it running to show the creator what actually it use to do.He has never seen it in action only heard about it.With the new setup im looking to run 15 psi on it so get yours tuned up johnny its gonna be 5.0l against 5.0l LOL

Re: Next dyno day for the Pacific Northwest HMT crew? Anyone interested? Sign up!

kinda both. i have

manifold, turbo and wastegate (internal), 460cc injectors w/ resitors (iono if i need rings or not), ecu and chip, CCA intercooler (finally arrived and i've througholy creamed on it).. the guy who's been helping me a lot tells me i should really get a Warlbro 255, but i'm tapped out on money. and i'm getting my oil feed from him

so i just need chargepiping, which i have straight pipe (whitey bends) and i only need turbo to the cooler cuz i have a cold air intake, flange for downpipe and to my cat, and that's pretty much it. im just worried on time. still have to make the charge piping and downpipe, have to change the oil and put in the tapped pan, and i don't have the tools to do all this

eh, if you've got stuff I may need your help finishing it off, PM me yo digits :y if i do need your help it'd probably be sunday, saturday i've got SAT until 1, and giant party to go to later at night.

LoL thanks jeff ;D I just seem to have the worst luck with cars. You will prolly give me a call and say some odd quote from office space style and say like umm yeah we are going to have to get you a new block this one is toast! I hope it is pretty straight forward and easy for ya. Then i want to actually get a pull on the dyno at 10lbs with some good rings and see if i can pull better then a 216whp/167tq on 6ish lbs. Then have dave retune the whole car for 14lbs with the CP's. Not sure if thats doable tho with stock rods.

I like that idea, the whole dyno day thing just never panned out. :( Not enough people had cars that were ready to be run, never heard back from Intec. Then on a personal note, all my cars started dropping like flys, so i've been scrambling to get them fixed/sold. Spring might be the thing... after everyone has thawed out their winter projects. :y

+ 1
think that would be the best idea, i have a few friends that are putting kits on that would be down for this spring and i should have a new project by then.
