I've done that about twice, which is fine, but it shows that Josh Ross deals are RIGHT NOW deals and when things get behind, they just don't get done.
I CAN DEAL WITH THIS TYPE OF STUFF. The only real complaint I had about Josh up until then is that he lied to me repeatedly about that shift ****. It wasn't the shift ****, it was the principal that Josh just doesn't hold his own word to highly.
Then we have the old oil pan situation where the guy says, "I want my ----" and Josh gets all mad and tells him he's gonna send him the shitiest oil pan he has now. Old news, I don't even know if he sent one out or not.
Now we have the ecu thing. Josh fucked up and made the guy drive 3 hours to pick up the same stock ecu that he gave to josh. So the guy has his ecu now, but from josh's own statements "next time I have $35 in paypal I'll send it to you". And when I called him, he hung up on me when I asked him about it. He later pm'd me that he was busy, but he never brought up what I was asking him about again. How's that for respect?
So Josh owes someone a refund and he's acting like a **** about the whole situation. He has Mary come on and fight his battle until she's called out, and he's telling this guy that he's just gonna have to wait until he's damn good and ready to send his money back. That's not how it works. And if you had PAYPAL in the first place, we wouldn't have to go through BILLPAY with your dad's credit card on everything you buy from me. So when is $35 gonna be in your paypal

Just a little insight into what I know about how Josh makes deals. I consider him a good guy, a friend that I chat with on the phone, but this ---- has to stop. I can deal with the different ways you want to buy stuff, but when you start jacking other people around because you know they're helpless in what they can do about it, we (hmt) don't appreciate it.
Josh, when we banned Hotrex, he knew he was in the wrong. We still talk to each other on the phone like 3 times a week. He has accepted that he was wrong, and that no matter who he is, we can't let him publicly sell ---- here. Same thing applies to everyone here. I hope you can see this and not take this as personal as you seem to have. Accept that you were wrong, take care of it, and move on.
These are the factors that I have to deal with when deciding to classifieds ban. Unstable transactions, one way payment methods, AND BEING A **** TO A GUY YOU OWE MONEY TOO BECAUSE YOU THINK HE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

wow.. i leave to go to sleep and then to classes.. and all this takes place...
i have known a few people that you have problems dealing with.. i have been friends with them still.. i just dont deal with them. i didnt really ignore them, maybe for a little while. but they were still a friend. and they wanted to hang out..
so i did.. this doesnt sound like a good relationship, and its not. because it does show how a person is. but, then again, no one is perfect. and everyone is entitled to a few mistakes.. or a lot of them.. its not the mistakes that should be held against them.. its the actions they take after the mistakes.
we all wish that all the deals on the site would go perfect. but that is not going to happen, because we are not perfect. i just hope that some deals will not get the whole site in an uproar.
i think it was sad to see someone go, especially someone that i saw post on here quite a bit for more than a year that i have been here.
i guess i am just glad nobody buys my stuff.. so then i wont have to worry about this.. but then again.. if you want to buy any of my stuff... i have some listed.. pm me

im glad he is gone i really think his friends should look at his reputation as a seller first its the gsr ****,then the oil pan, my ecu, he also told me he send a wrong ecu to a guy then laughed about it, i hear all the time about people buying stuff and he only sends when its convient for him, he also sold my brother a b16a like a year or more ago, he said it worked great, dizzy didnt work at all, smoked, timing belt was cut, justa a buncha ---- that had to be replaced and fixed, he only sells ---- for fast cash and its bullshit, you think your reputation on a websight that helps so many people would be better than your deals. whatever im glad hes gone i dont expect to ever see the money anyways its worth it now hes gone thanks for the help.

I don't know if any of you guys that are being all sympathetic and saying he shouldn't have been classified banned have ever been scammed. my total loss to scammers adds up to over 1k, so I know what it's like. it ------- sucks everyday waiting for ---- to come and it never does, people are depending on you to get ---- done, to get your busted *** car the hell out of the driveway, stop driving their car because they need it now, but you can't because your ---- still hasn't reached you. So when someone doesn't ship, or ships the wrong ---- they should be held accountable until the situation is remdied, if you can't successfully complete a business trasaction then don't sell ----, it's as simple as that.
Take a look at David Faust (blownVTEC and DarkRealmCustoms), he had an *** load of posts compared to other members at the time, he made it out of here with thousands of dollars of hmt member money, nobody should get special treatment, I don't care how good you suck dick.
and this whole thing with newbieforces, ---- that. I've been known to be a drama queen on here every now and again, yet I don't start taking ---- down. the members of this board that have pictures hosted there don't control your banned/unbanned status in the classifieds.
and speaking of shipping, where are my gauges? anybody know? (no, this isn't a josh deal, it's from people that have posted in this thread).

i just think things went sour when he messed up by bringing the wrong ecu, and you went off on him. or WHATEVER.
basically he's avoiding the situation because he hates confrontation. i know exactly how he feels because i'm the same way. it's something i'm personally working on having to deal with the fact that people are going to be pissed, or sad, or upset or whatever over whatever the situation is that went shitty. i dunno. i don't really have anything else to say...i'm sure you're all so happy to hear me say that :P
oops, i lied...just wanted to inform you that uh, i don't think he has access to a computer anymore. can he even get on hmt anymore? anyways, yea, just in case you all start in on the "oh and he's not even responding" stuff. don't think he has a puter anymore, so that'd be the reason.
