Newb here.

Well im looking to turbo my 95 mitsubishi mirage 1.8 4g93. Just heard about this site from the mirageforums.net. Just because this place has alot of useful info on homemade setups.
Im still gathering parts for it. Right now i have a 14b turbo. 1G DSM bov and upper pipe, Some stock 1g and 2g dsm piping. 450cc DSm injecters. Now im just looking for oil lines and fittings. And a manfiold. Havent Decide which way im going with the manifold and what to tune with stuck between going cheap with a SAFC or going a little bit higher price for better tuning with the greddy emanage. Well thought i would say hey and introduce my self im not new to forums by no means. Im on Mirageforums.net,fullthrottleforums.com, and Tennspeed.net.

Heh, I'll do it. Abusing people on the interwebs is the fastest growing past time, we should do something about that, like abuse them so hard, they'll wish... they'll wish WE DIDN'T ABUSE THEM SO HARD! :S

"worthless newb here" would have been the more appropriate thread title.

Yet another noob that has "read the forums for a while" but doesn't recognize the importance of porn.

btw, jailbait is welcome.

Thanks for reminding me, that photo sickens me to the point of uncontrollable vomiting and hotdog chunks.

Photoshop r kelly in there starring in a new video of his, it would at least explain the random toilet seat.

Not the same motor. Those 1.8s are totally different then the 1.8 in the mitsubishi mirage,Dodge colts, and eagle summits.

All these other guys being assholes for no reason, I want you to understand that I'm trying to be cool and telling you how it is for your own good... you have no ------- clue what you are doing. Greddy E-Manglage is a high-dollar AFC hack for idiots who thing paying more money means they get something better than an AFC hack. There is somebody on this forum running around with a quote of me telling another n00b that if they ran an AFC hack I would drive to their house and fist their mother - the same applies to you.

You want inexpensive AND quality? Get a Megasquirt V3.0 motherboard with the v1 processor and ignition control. They cost about what an AFC does and run rock solid stable like a standalone should.

PS - Get with the program and post some goddamn porn already. Hint: I like redheads with succulent tits.

i skimmed your post way to long for a noob post with no porn all i saw was mitsu 1.8 and dsm

RotaryGeek 11-03-2007 02:30 AM

Re: Newb here.

again any motor is unreliable without a proper tune. you gotta find somekind of better management for anything over about 7 pounds of boost. hate to burst your bubble but emanage is a glorified afc.

umm ya sure man i have no ------- clue what im doing. On the mirage forums we have had good success with the emanage blue. You can usully find them for less then 300$s. O and yes i know what im doing. Im only looking to boost 8-10psi of boost. I actully have a friend tha drives a mirgae just like 15 mins from me hes been running for over 2 years on stock internals running 12psi of boost daily drive back and to from work. Hes running a t25,log manifold, greddy emanage blue, 450cc injecters, 255 walbro. He has had no trouble with it at all. He has done all the tuning his self on the streets.

Same thing as an AFC. Why are you making a distinction?

Have fun, but please don't post here anymore if you aren't willing to take expert advice to heart.

It's pretty obvious if your going to spend 300 dollars on a hack VS 189 dollars for a fully programmable Standalone system.
