....VW's are nothing to mess with.
serisouly, i know a guy makin about 400hp, N/A and will soon be makin a 400hp turbo vw. BTW, this motor is going into a 700# rail buggy (aka, dune buggy, but in south carolina there are no dunes, so they call them rail buggies)
it should be pretty serious. his main concern hes messin with now, how to hook it all up to get the power to the ground.
to bad i will probably never see it.

Yeah I have checked all those. I have started checking into this. I really dont have the time to do all the research and he really doesn't know enough about it yet. I think this is going to be a back burner project.

It's not that easy to make power in a 2.0 VW but it is possible. The main thing is working the head over really good. You have to remember that VW's suffer from air starvation. I've seen 2.0's hit 13s even 12s.
