I've built a few turbo VWs, don't have any decent pics of them. Here's what I've been working on with a buddy lately. He wanted a blower, but I showed him the light. I have 0 experience with V8s, so its been interesting. Hoping to have it on the road within a month or so, still waiting on one more turbo, and then the MS install. I'm an SDS user, and he's only ever had carbs so there's lots of work to do before it runs.

looks good. but personally having fuel lines in the wheel well like that would scurr me.

I'm by no means building it for him. He's a welder by trade, so he's doing most of the fab work. I'm just helping him with what, where,why and how.

 

There's an inner fender that goes in there so it should be ok. There wasn't a lot of room to run two 1/2" lines where the carbed lines used to be...

even tho I hate FORD but that thing is AWSOME
