STOCK Z1 block Y7 head Z6 intake mani Hf mani 42/48 @13 psi Small Greddy SOHC IC 7.5:1 C/R Totally UNTUNED Stock map sensor. Pretty dissapointed. |

102 can mean a lot of different times. Depending on traction. My old setup ran 13.7 at 102.9. Explain that ? Got me. |

Wow thats a low compression ratio. Not bad at all IMO, practice some more and when the temps go down I'm sure you can get it better.

Get a bigger turbo, with that compression you'll easily handle 25psi on pump gas :)

I love Joe's bastard setup. I'd be leary on running anything above 20psi on those stock z1 slugs. Just blame the times on the heat and humidity :P This man shows 1.5's aren't to be fucked with! lol Not to mention a 1.5 nonvtec in a 4dr EK and running 13's.

I dont need slicks to run 12.99 I guarantee 12.99 when im tuned on a night with good weather. And BTW I dont plan on running anymore than 15 psi on a stock z1 block, regardless of the compression. Its still a stock block. This is in a 97 EX Sedan. Gutted, but still my daily driver. Yea the compression is really low. But it really doesnt cause an issue at all for me. And as far as practice goes, I am only trying to improve my 60 ft. Im looking for 2.0 with the open diff and same tires. Thats my goal. I think this turbo suits the motor well. Oh ya.
I went to get tuned a few days ago but my o2 placement was terrible and throwing off my readings BIG TIME. So was unable to tune until I move it furthur down my exhaust stream. |

thats pretty good for those kind of 60's and that low of a compression engine.
Tune it out a bit, solve some traction issues, and you can dip lower for sure. |

Thanks for the compliments on the setup. I know its strange, and prob wouldnt make more than 75 whp without the snail. But hey its working good for me. FooK, I think with a 2.0 60 ft last night I could have had a 13.3-13.4 even with the heat. After the tune I feel 12.9 is in reach. |

103 even with a 1.7 launch will not get you a high 12, boostedzsix, you need to stop E-racing and goto the track, instead of spouting off this trap makes this et.

on my quest to prove scott wrong. i found a equation on h-t which is 1320/mph=what you should run on a perfect run. 1320/102=12.94 . sounds about right to me ;) |

DAMN!!!!! honestly... with your setup and temp's you should have never ran those times on 13psi with a Bad tune and streats! Those are very very nice numbers! props man, hey BTW what do you hit about 10 psi at in the rpm range with your .42/.48 (garrett I assume?) and when you say your 1.5 liter Non-Vtec at 13psi is stock do you mean with no head studs or anything? again man, nice numbers ;D |

They suck for the 1st 500-1000 miles.
Squishy as hell. Death trap on the highway. After they get broken in they are great. Almost as good as Yoko avs es100's that I used to buy. |
