Break off the collar then on the bottom left there will be this ehh couple of bolts or screwes i cant remember ( it will be directly in line with the ignition) remove that and you will get this thingymajig with like 2 wires or so attached just turn the little white thing and car turns on, if it's working : P.

Yeah, you can rip your entire steering column apart with crow bars and ----, or you can just take the 4 screws out of the plastic cover and remove the 2 flathead screws that hold the ignition lock on and be done with it.
