need saftey inspection in northern va for the stang i do not have smog or the first set of cats but the car will be registered in a city that does not have smog so any one know a placce

every place does them. goto any auto shop and you can get one done.

when i lived there i would goto the run down pos looking stations and find a guy that looked kinda shady. slip him some money and see if it works.
