Doesnt really bother me at work just close page or scroll quickly. But how bout a mod(someone that always calls NSFW) where there job is to edit the Subject to include NSFW when needed.

That would be the job of the forum moderator or a global moderator. I don't think Jeff is going to be signing anybody up to asign *NSFW* tags to threads. :P

Just be careful when browsing forums while your at work or in front of people who would look at you funny for looking at porn.

mine has never gotten me into trouble but a few other peoples has. no biggie though. it comes with the risk of being online.

whenever i see a NSFW avatar, i just pm the person and ask them to change it. i have never had a problem with that yet. :-\
