i highly doubt you could even find a used one for under 30K
unless youre talking about the 2003 and under then i would say the CL-S is a better choice.

Re: Need ideas for a new daily driver.
I would personally go with the 9-2X aero, i mean your basically getting a WRX underneath the Saab body, with a few more goodies as well. I think the 9-2X aero also has a few suspension related parts from the STi, don't quote me though. I would think that they would also be cheaper to insure and hold their value a little better than a WRX as well.
Like previously stated though, the trannies in the WRX's are definately weak points. Theyre cramped as hell too.
Im also a big fan of the Acura RDX

I have not test driven any of these cars yet. I wont be buying until about February. Right now i am just figuring out my options. Basically at this point it is between the Volvo S60R, Acura TL, and BMW 330xi. I really like what i have read about the Volvo its quick, great breaks and suspension, and its a Volvo. Who would expect it to be quick? I am really surprised you can pick one up for $20k with 40k miles or less. The car was $40k new and many have warranties out to 100k.

Cheap way to make a heavy FagWheelDrive car AWD, it's going to leak, and cost a stupid amount to replace, as much I've searched there's not a more robust aftermarket part either.
Get an old 740 wagon.
End.
^^That's the impression I'd want to leave.

Friend of mine had an s60R, it was full of fail. Literally something broke on it every week. He had it for about 3 months then traded it in on an 05 Elise. They ripped him a new one on the trade in, and he ended up paying $42,000 for the lotus which was worth $35K.
