need help on my n/a motor
well, i don't know where else to go, so here i am. I have a 93 audi and i get up to go to work around 8 am and the car runs fine, then when i get out 4 hours later (12) the car will just crank over and won't start. When i go back in the late afternoon the car will start right up. I think it has somthing to do with the heat being about 90 around noon.
Anyone have suggestions?

start simple. it might be something simple. I think it mgiht be something along the lines of a ground. start simple.*for the 3rd time* then check all the other connections, check your fuel pump, spark plugs. if it cranks, its either not getting fuel or spark. you say it gets hot, could it be humidity in your distributer...just throwin out ideas...

ya, its been pretty humid
but, like i said, i can go back in the afternoon when it gets cooler out and the car will start right up. This is like the third time it has done this. So i don't think its the starter

if it turns over, then its obviously not the starter retards.
sorry, but i HATE when people say "my car wont start, it must be the starter". Its RARELY the ------- starter, and if it was the starter, it would not turn over.
